Cullompton Devon

A rural yet accessible location in which to live!

The small country town of Cullompton with its shopping, schooling, sporting and transport facilities lies in an easily accessible location, being close to junction 28 of the M5 which facilitates rapid commuting south to the Cathedral City of Exeter (about 11 miles) and north to Taunton (about 18 miles).

Tiverton Parkway station is about 5 miles to the north with a fast service to London (Paddington).
The renowned Blundell's Public School at Tiverton is about 5 miles whilst Exeter offers a wide range of public schooling for girls and boys, Wellington School is about 10 miles to the north.
Tiverton and Exeter both offer excellent colleges of Further Education.

The comparatively central mid-Devon location places the picturesque National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor together with the North and South Devon coastlines within a modest car journey. The neighbouring countryside offers a wealth of rural pursuits with gliding and flying available in the nearby Blackdown Hills - an area designated as being of "Outstanding Natural Beauty". The surrounding Culm Valley contains some particularly unspoilt traditional villages - these and the town of Cullompton are areas in which Thorne + Carter have always specialised.
