Background
Established
in 1911 by William Thorne, Thorne + Carter is a most respected and the
Culm Valley's oldest firm. As a partner-led independent practice operating
from the largest Estate Agents' office in Cullompton we pride ourselves
on our professional approach based on unrivalled knowledge of local property
and the Culm Valley market.
These are the trademarks of our firm and equip us to provide well-founded
proactive advice in all aspects of property in the district.
As independent
Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Valuers we are not tied to a bank
or financial institution: all advice, therefore, is completely unbiased
and given in the interest of the client.
As a multi-disciplined partnership we are able to offer a personal and
particularly comprehensive range of property services including selling
and letting residential property, farms, agricultural land, building sites
and a full range of commercial property. We have two 'in-house' Chartered
Surveyors and are able to provide the RICS/ISVA
Homebuyers Service together with full Structural
Surveys. In addition we undertake Rating
Assessments and provide Valuations for many purposes.
